Left Luang Prabang at about 2:00 with a group of 11 People in a mini Bus with no AC. I was in the back with 2 girls, one beautiful and one who I wanted to toss out of the bus. That woman (Not the beautiful one) did not like the fact that I had the window open because it was blowing wind on her neck and she did not like it. It was like 90 deg in the van with 11 people and she did not like the wind on her neck! But being the nice considerate guy I am, I of course left the window open. At the midpoint where we got out of the van to stretch our legs she demanded the front seat since pissing everyone off. The second part of the trip was scary, we had to go through some windy, narrow roads that 2 cars could barely pass each other when the clouds / fog was so dense that you could not see 5' in front of the Minibus.
Finally made it to Vang Vieng after 6 hours (and 2 changes of underwear) got in a tuk tuk and found a room for a few days then headed into town. Had food then headed to a bar and found one where you roll dice for your buckets. (Buckets FYI is how they serve drinks. They equal about 4 normal drinks and 6x as strong) I did not win a free bucket but I did enjoy one while performing a bit of magic for some backpackers.
Went next to Q bar and after a bit of magic there someone bought me another bucket, I accepted! I had to stop doing magic after that because I could not feel my hands to do any magic! Over all great night of Magic, Drinking and Conversations!
